| Raku
firepots can be placed indoors or outside
on decks or in courtyards so long as there is a roof or wall to
support the flue length. Flue pipe is available in stainless steel
that will turn a tarnished gold in appearance after heating. Black
vitreous enamel coated flue may also be available, consult your
approved Raku fire dealer for options. |
| Like
any fireplace the Raku firepot is a potential fire hazard if not
installed correctly, compliant with building codes and Australian
Standard 2918. |
| It
is highly recommended that a qualified tradesman such as a licensed
plumber be used to install flue through roofing or ceiling. |
